MeshX AI ChatBot

From signup to first reply — in an afternoon.

Here's exactly what you'll do, step by step.

Step 1

Sign up + claim your workspace

Magic-link sign-in — no password to forget. Tell us your business name and you'll land in your private dashboard.

Takes 30 seconds.

Step 2

Crawl your website

Paste your URL on the Training → Website page and click "Add + crawl". We fetch every page on your domain (up to 80), extract the text, and store it in your workspace.

5–10 minutes for most sites. You'll see status update from queued → crawling → ready.

Step 3

Add your products / packages

Anything shown as graphics on your site — price cards, package artwork — the crawler can't read. Add them once on the Products / Packages page. Name, price, what's included, when to recommend.

~5 minutes per product. Most businesses have 3–8 to add.

Step 4

Type a few FAQs

Common questions you answer every week. "Do you photograph dogs?" — "How far will you travel?" — "Are deposits refundable?" Pair each one with your preferred answer.

Add 5–15 to start. You can always add more as customer questions surface.

Step 5

Capture your tone

Paste 3–5 real replies you've sent before. Write a one-line tone note (e.g. "Warm and concise, use first names if known"). The bot mirrors your style automatically.

Step 6

Connect a channel

Easiest: drop the web widget script on your site (one line of HTML, works on any platform). Then layer in email, WhatsApp, and Messenger as you're ready.

Step 7

Pick a schedule and a mode

Draft mode — every reply waits in your inbox until you approve. Recommended for week one.

Autonomous — replies go straight to the customer. Recommended once you trust it.

Schedule — pick a 24×7 grid. Always-on, only out-of-hours, only weekends — your call.

Step 8

Review the inbox daily

Every conversation lands here — across all channels. The bot's drafts show its confidence score. You approve, edit, or discard. Escalations come with a reason ("low confidence", "complaint keyword", "outside knowledge base") so you know why.

That's it. You're live.

Re-crawl your site after big content updates. Add FAQs as new customer questions surface. Otherwise, the bot just runs.
