Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MeshX AI ChatBot ("the Service"), provided by MeshX Ltd ("we", "us") to you ("the Customer"). By signing up you agree to be bound by them.

1. The Service

MeshX AI ChatBot is a multi-tenant SaaS that uses machine-learning models to respond to messages on the Customer's behalf across the channels they configure (web widget, email, WhatsApp, Messenger).

2. Customer responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for: (a) the accuracy of the training data they provide; (b) lawful use of any third-party channels (e.g. WhatsApp ToS); (c) ensuring their customers have a way to reach a human if they request one.

3. Free trial & subscription plans

New customers receive a 14-day free trial capped at 50 conversations, no credit card required. At the end of the trial the workspace pauses; data is preserved for 30 days during which the customer can subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business). Plan pricing is published on the Pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice to active customers.

4. Cancellation + data export

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation gives you 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion. We don't impose retention conditions or exit fees.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Customer is responsible for monitoring replies, especially in Autonomous mode. We're not liable for losses arising from incorrect replies — that's why Draft mode and confidence-based escalation exist.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file.
