Are there per-message charges?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly fee. We run inference on our own UK GPU hardware so we don't pass per-token costs onto you.
What if I go over the conversation cap?
We email you in advance. Either upgrade with one click or stay on the current plan and the bot pauses replies until next month. No surprise overage fees.
Do I need to bring my own API keys?
No. Inference runs on our hardware. For email, you can optionally bring your own Resend key so emails send from your verified domain — but it's not required.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no questions. Your data stays available for export for 30 days, then gets deleted.
Why is this cheaper than Chatbase / Intercom Fin / Chatling?
Because they pay OpenAI for every token. We don't. We run our own AI models on our own GPUs in the UK, so we charge a flat fee instead of marking up per-message pricing.
What happens when my trial ends?
The workspace locks at day 14 OR after 50 conversations — whichever comes first. Your training data is preserved for 30 days, so you can subscribe later and pick up where you left off.
